Communities Empowering Youth (CEY) is a nonprofit capacity building grant to increase overall
organizational sustainability and capacity in partnering with community-based organizations to better meet the needs of youth and families in Rapid City, South Dakota.

Funding provided by the Compassion Capital Fund (CCF) through the Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Children and Families.
