The Strengthening Communities Fund (SCF) is a nonprofit capacity building grant to serve secular and faith-based organizations in southwestern South Dakota. Its goal is to increase overall organizational sustainability and capacity in grassroots organizations in order to address the broad economic recovery issues present in our communities.

Funding provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 through the Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Children & Families.
