South Dakota Issues Forums
A forum on The Role of Citizens in the Legislative Process will open the 2009 Civic Education Workshop on June 22 in Rapid City at the Chiesman Center. Reflections on the forum will start the morning session on June 23. Designed for teachers, the workshop will demonstrate Chiesman Center programs and processes to enhance the teaching of civic education. The public is invited to participate in the opening forum at 6:00 pm.
